    Criminal alien Victor Martinez-Hernandez convicted of murder and rape after the jury deliberated for 46 minutes. In addition to killing Rachel Morin, this murderer has been charged with homicide in his home country of El Salvador and his DNA was also linked to a crime in Los Angeles, California. Martinez-Hernandez had previously been refused entry into the United States two times before entering the country illegally.
