She Births and Beyond with Nadine Richardson

  • Summary

  • The fourth trimester? What is it? What does that even mean? We've done the hard yards with the pregnancy and the birth, can't we just focus on the baby now?! In this series we share conversations with leading experts that cover every angle of the fourth trimester and why taking care of the mother is so vital during this season of motherhood.
Today's expert is Nadine Richardson, a mother, doula, childbirth educator and yoga teacher with over 20 years experience in the birthing space. She’s also the creator of the worlds only scientifically verified childbirth education program She Births. I met Nadine when I went to the She Births course - it radically changed the way I entered my own birth. Nadine understands the need for focus and support in the fourth trimester and has created support groups for exactly this purpose.
