About this listen

Carrying on from part 8, in this episode Jax and Aash talk to Ragavi- a Mental Health advocate, who through her lived experience uses her platform and skills to advocate breaking stigmas in the Tamil  Community. She is also a therapeutic support team volunteer at ANBU அன்பு, loosely translates to ‘Love’ in Tamil and stands for Abuse Never Becomes Us. ANBU UK is a UK registered charity, supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse in the Tamil community.

This episode contains details about sexual assault that listeners may find distressing. So, if you are not in a place to listen to something like this and want to leave it for another day, that's okay.

Come back, when YOU are feeling ready.

Love,

Jax && Aash

xx
