前を向いて倒れるんだ！

半年が経ち、もうすぐ夏休みの子供達、期末試験を終えた学生、上半期の成績にあえぐ社会人、年末に向けて準備を進める皆さん。我々もついにその時を迎えてしまった。やっぱりこれをやらなきゃまずい。それがあるからこそ我々は成長できるのだから。叱咤激励どんとこい。我々に成長の機会を！

さー今回は2025上期を振り返って次に繋げる反省会の開催だ！上半期のあれやこれ、全部まるっと反省するぜ！

Fall forward, not backward!
Half the year’s gone. Summer break is around the corner for the kids. Students have just finished finals. Working adults are reckoning with their Q2 results. And some of us are already bracing for the end-of-year rush.

Now it’s our turn.
We can’t skip this part—it’s how we grow. Bring on the tough love, because growth starts with reflection.
