 This week, while painting, I discovered that self-love is our superpower. It has the power to defeat negativity of all kinds, including racism. As a survivor of narcissistic abuse, I was shocked to realize how much narcissism and racism have in common. As daunting as both racism and sexism are, self-love does actually have the power to defeat and nullify both of these corrosive emotional disorders.
