About guest:

Nour’s work focuses on the topics of Identity, Resilience & Mental Well-being. Her mission is to contribute to a more mentally resilient and emotionally healthy society by supporting children, parents & educators. Her background is in clinical psychology, she previously worked at Columbia University doing mental health treatment research.  She recently launched an online self-paced program called Better For My child, which helps parents show up as positive role models and equips them with the research-based skills to nurture their children’s resilience and long-term wellbeing.  She also offers personalised coaching  training to parents.She has an eBook called ‘Which of the 12 most common harmful parenting patterns are you falling into? And how you can overcome them. Her plan is to start offering similar mental fitness trainings to teachers & educators as well.
