Flo is a respected visionary, author, speaker, & healer. For 47 years Flo has worked with thousands of entrepreneurs as a counselor and teacher. She leads retreats and sacred journeys, teaching healing modalities that catalyze personal transformation.

Flo has created four major healing systems: Soul RecognitionSM, an ancient shamanic journey aligning the soul’s purpose and patterning consciously into the body and life; Circuitry AlignmentSM, unifying the original blueprint within the cells and systems of the body; HeartThreadSM, connecting unconscious patterning held in the body with cognitive understanding, resolving long-standing challenges in health and wellbeing; and The Accelerated Thinking ProcessSM, mapping the left and right brain to reveal where and how we get “stuck” and “free” in our lives through balancing our brain, an effective tool for those with learning challenges, ADD, phobias, and trauma.

    A Published Author

Flo has published nine books; I Remember Union: The Story Of Mary Magdalena; Sunlight On Water: A Guide For Soul-full Living; Honoring Your Child's Spirit: Pre-birth Bonding & Communication; Heartful Living: Engaging from Our Hearts with All Life; The Light Magnificent and the Power of Grace; The Voice of the Mothers: The Great Mother Speaks; Birthing Your Child’s Soul in Light, The Soul Recognition Book, and Hearts of the Village: You Have a Part to Play in the Human Story.

iRemember — a feature-length film based on I Remember Union, is now in pre-production. The film reveals a mythic design linking past and present - reincarnation, memory, and divine purpose guiding humanity toward renewal. It is a global story of truth, power, and awakening. At its heart are deeply human struggles: faith versus family, forbidden love, trauma, and the possibility of redemption.

Ultimately, it's a story of the Divine Feminine rising to restore balance, heal collective wounds, and remind us that divinity lives within us all.

The Akashic Way - Living Through the Lens of the Akashic Records

"Some conversations don’t just inform—they awaken something ancient within us."

Today, we’re joined by Emmy Award–winning director turned spiritual author Mary Madeiras, whose new book The Akashic Way: Living Through the Lens of the Akashic Records offers not a theory, but a lived experience of the soul’s memory in motion.

Mary’s journey—from Hollywood’s bright lights to the infinite light of the Akashic Realm—is as surprising as it is profound.

In this dialogue, we’ll explore what it means to live through that lens, how trauma transforms into wisdom, and how love—real, divine love—reveals itself at the center of everything.

So, wherever you are—take a breath, soften the mind, and listen with your heart.
Because this one… is meant to be felt.

Out of the Darkness Comes Light. The Life of a Somatic Healer.

Today on Seekers and Finders, we’re joined by the luminous Crystal Rainbow Mort, founder of Somatic Healing Seattle—a healer whose path has been shaped by both the depth of inner silence and the intelligence of the body. Born and raised in Seattle, Crystal’s life has been a tapestry of transformation, woven through over a decade of bodywork practice, global study, and spiritual immersion.

From her travels across the world between 2013 and 2023—where she trained in the sacred arts of Hridaya and Aum Tantra Yoga—to her current work in the revolutionary Triple Vagal Method (TVM), Crystal embodies the meeting point between presence and physiology. Her approach reminds us that the body is not merely the vessel of our experience, but the very temple of awakening itself.

Certified as a TVM practitioner, pelvic floor specialist, and instructor, Crystal brings both skill and heart to her work—guided by her own profound healing journey through trauma and renewal. She now shares this wisdom with others through somatic healing, Hridaya yoga, and silent retreats that invite a return to the stillness beneath all movement.

It’s a joy to welcome Crystal to the conversation—a woman devoted to helping others rediscover the innate wisdom and limitless potential that live within the body’s quiet intelligence.

Lorcan Otway is a storyteller, spiritual seeker, and cultural bridge between traditions. Born to a Quaker father and a Romani mother, his life has been steeped in two worlds—one rooted in silence, peace, and inner light, the other alive with music, history, and the struggle for dignity. Lorcan has carried both legacies forward, not only as a guardian of heritage but as a voice for compassion, justice, and community. Whether through his work preserving folk culture, advocating for human rights, or living out the deep values of his lineage, Lorcan brings a rare perspective on what it means to belong—to spirit, to people, and to the ongoing search for truth.

Scott Goolsby emerges from his writing as a modern-day seeker who transforms profound personal suffering into deep spiritual insight. He candidly recounts a harrowing battle that stripped away the familiar rhythms of life. What begins as a medical ordeal gradually reveals itself as a spiritual teacher—reshaping how he relates to his body, his expectations, and the very meaning of normalcy.

“As burdensome, depressing, and annoying as it has been, CVS, Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome, has also been one of the greatest spiritual teachers I have ever had. I have learned acceptance. I have acknowledged that this is how my life is now, and, unless I want to be miserable and fight a losing battle, I must accept it.”

“I have also learned patience. I must be patient with myself and with my body. Sometimes I have to cancel plans. Both important and unimportant plans. The disease doesn’t care what they are. But it’s here and I must be with it now. The plans can either wait or go on without me.”

“In many ways, CVS has given me a lot of freedom. It has made room for and called me to fully put in to practice the spiritual teaching of Buddhism, yoga, and Advaita Vedanta that I have been studying most of my life. It has given me new respect for the body, and a much greater appreciation for good health.”

In “Encounters with Ketamine”, Scott steps into the realms of consciousness-shifting medicine. After over two decades of depression and anxiety, he embarks on six guided ketamine infusions. These sessions, he shares, are nothing short of mystical—powerful visits to a crystalline, light-infused inner landscape where suffering transforms into a celebration of joy, universal love, and the dissolution of self.

Together, these two deeply personal accounts reveal a man who integrates suffering and healing, medicine and mysticism. Scott’s journey is both raw and luminous—showing how chronic illness and psychedelic therapy can become conduits to embodied wisdom, leading to resilience, spiritual presence, and the ongoing discovery of self beyond suffering.

In our conversation with Scott Goolsby, we explore the often-overlooked shadow side of spiritual seeking—the emotional turbulence that can arise on the path. Scott spoke candidly about the waves of depression, disillusionment, and raw vulnerability that contrast sharply with popular notions of constant peace or bliss. His journey reveals that true transformation often involves moving through darkness, not around it—and that the path to awakening is rarely linear, tidy, or without pain.
