Menopause is a significant life transition that affects millions of women worldwide, with substantial impacts on their physical, emotional, and professional lives. And while it is a natural biological process, the lack of education, support, and understanding about menopause leads to significant challenges.

In Episode 39, my hope is to raise awareness and attempt at providing information, better resources and support systems, which can help women navigate this phase of life with greater ease and confidence.
