To honor the spooky season in Halloween, Texas, Haley introduces Frankenstein by English author, Mary Shelley.

The Yap Sisters discuss the fact that Shelley began writing Frankenstein at age 18 before it was published when she was 20. They talk about themes of the book and having to research "Prometheus" (or not). Haley explains the common misunderstandings about Frankenstein and Hannah gets got.

The two play a new game Haley invented, "Real or Fakenstein."

Not to be confused with Stephen King's 1979 dystopian horror novel, THE LONG WALK. Or Stephen King's 1996 serial novel, THE GREEN MILE.

The theme is "gray," which seems appropriate.

Haley introduces Edward Bloor's 1997 YA novel, TANGERINE, to the 'cast. TANGERINE was the 1998 American Library Association's Top Ten Books for Young Adults...but that doesn't stop Hannah and Haley from giving it a good scrub.

Hannah recaps the Anthony Burgess 1962 dystopian satirical black comedy classic, A CLOCKWORK ORANGE...while Haley holds on for dear life.
