About this listen

Fiona Kelleher (CEO), along with her husband Kieran Coffey (CTO) cofounded Amugreen and MyGug to offer renewable energy digesters at scale. After 5 years and having raised nearly a million, they are well on their way to making MyGug a household name.

With over 25 years of experience across design engineering, production, water services, and site management, Kieran invented this sustainable energy producing system that can be used to generate biogas as well as organic fertilizer!

In this episode, Fiona shares the story of how MyGug (named after the colloquial term in Ireland for an egg) was formed and how they are offering large-scale solutions, including at community level, to create a micro-circular ecosystem that turns food waste into multiple energy products.

Tune in to this episode to hear more and discover how we all can switch to using sustainable, renewable energy that we can produce from our own kitchen! and don't forget to share your feedback.
