The norm in society is to always feel positive, but what about if you're emotionally in pain? There's no medicine for that cure. If you're sick you can take medicine and have plenty of rest. Why not do the same when we're not feeling like our joyful selves? Karen shares facts that were found in women more than men in regard to mood and feelings.
