Four strangers answer a call from a priestess in a village where the children won't wake up. What begins as a quest through a living forest ends in the underworld itself, where a demon of withering veins has been stealing the souls of children and feeding on them in the dark.

This is a one-shot Shadowdark RPG adventure in the world of Fables of Eyrde, brought together by five voice actors to raise awareness and support for children fighting pediatric leukemia. Every child in this story was inspired by a real one.
