A year ago (Jan 2024) I had hit a place of not having many dams left to give... 💥🧱🐟 I had to say goodbye for now, to my best friend, dogther & ESA. 🐶💓 I had also finally met IRL this guy I had been crushing on/felt "divinely" connected to - and yet, there was no chemistry.... so I got brave-ish, set up the camera/mic and without any planning I hit record....

The "secret sauce" in this energetic place was that I acted on an impulse, even though there were many unknowns. I didn't know how I would get from A to C, but I knew I wanted change in my life. Potting a plant while I was talking also helped my reasoning mind have something to focus on, so I was able to "flow" -- and I receive a vision while I'm babbling. It's pretty cool! ✨

Over on A Solid B - I teach about the archetype of the proverbial devil & angel whispering in our ears. I make the argument that by listening to our thoughts, bringing more awareness to our Emotional Guidance System (Esther Hicks) -- we can actually alchemize the energy that is "stuck" held up by the patterns of thought that had their purpose for us growing up -- but can be calibrating to alignment in our Now, to our desires.

Chapter 0 -- recommended reading is the "On Passion & Reason" section of The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran. These are two aspects of Self, and this piece of art is both map & key to the Human Collective Experience here on Beautiful Planet Earth.

My ultimate intention & joy is sharing these amazing human experiences, encouraging us all -- to break free and actualize more of what we want. Mary Oliver asks a question that hits to the core: "Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"

Highly suggested reading is On Passion & Reason, by Kahlil Gibran. This passage is one of the highest forms of art (IMHO) -- because it gives us both a map & the keys. The map is the orientation; helping us navigate this human experience here on Earth, understanding in this world of polarity -- we must acknowledge the duality. The keys are both the yin (sails/passion/muse/subconscious) and the yang (rudder/reason/artist/consciousness) - it is a beautiful dynamic dance, of which each of us are made up of. Finding the enthusiasm to take action on our inspiration - is the Flow State embodied. This is conscious living at its best! 🔥☯️🚀✨
