Il divario salariale tra Ticino e Svizzera non si riduce, anzi si amplia: nel 2024 aumenta al 18,7%, contro il 17,6% del 2022. Non è un salto brusco, ma conferma una dinamica sfavorevole. Le ragioni sono strutturali. Storicamente il mercato del lavoro ticinese si è sviluppato senza una vera fase industriale e ha puntato su servizi, commercio e turismo, settori con salari mediamente più bassi e più sensibili all’andamento economico.
