As a recruiter, Ellie met so many wonderful people who she couldn’t hire because they interviewed poorly. Seeing this happen again and again motivated her to create Rock & Secure. She understands that learning interview skills at the early stages of your career is critical to your overall career success.Beyond her experience as a recruiter, she also has a master’s degree in organizational psychology. That said, she has both the experience and formal education needed to be a coach - but what makes her an amazing coach is her passion and dedication. She takes pride in being someone who is easy to talk to and understanding.
