*episode trigger warning - content related to eating disorders and disordered related behaviour.

In this week’s episode Brock opens up about his struggles with bulimia during his professional career, discussing his need to feel of worth and sustain an idea of perfection.

Brock shares how the glorification of ‘eating disorders’, ‘perfection’, and ‘silence’ prevented him from seeking help when he knew he was struggling mentally. Brock goes into why he is speaking out about his experiences and what we can do to start the conversation in the eating disorder and mental health space to ride the shame.
