That loss that you thought was a loss was God's protection and what he will use for your purpose path. Trust him.
Dr Lauren had to make that same decision, in one of the toughest times in her career, even before the career started- still in Nursing school she learned a valuable lesson about self care and compassion.
This journey of becoming has now led her to the career she loves as a Mental Health practitioner helping underserved populations in many different stages of life while still making room for her well being.
So what does it mean to turn the pain and the breakdowns into a platform to help others while still prioritizing you along the way? It means being honest with yourself and allowing yourself to be vulnerable. It means recognizing your strengths and weaknesses and being open to learning and growing. It means knowing that it's okay to ask for help.
