On his 25th Audio diary, Toliom said that he finally looked up what Shadow work is. Then he sat on James's bed and he meditated. As he meditated, he was back in heaven again with the dead bodies of his family on the ground and he finally met his shadow self. He hugged his shadow self and say his mantra 3 times. Then he did more shadow work meditations every day and he did the same thing like the 1st shadow work meditation.
