Bianca Snijders en Marcel Stoeten hebben in januari 2025 de training Zin in Lesgeven gevolgd als deel van hun rijke oriëntatie op de mogelijk overstap naar het onderwijs. Er is een stereotype beeld van leraren dat ze ‘stoer’ zouden moeten zijn. In gesprek met Marcel en Bianca komen andere kwaliteiten naar voren, het gaat vooral om de relatie met de leerlingen. Daarom kiest Marcel voor het basisonderwijs en Bianca voor het voortgezet onderwijs.
