About this listen
Hey, legends.
This week we chatted about 'Man's Search for Meaning' by Dr Victor E. Frankl. This book discusses Frankl's time in a concentration camp during WW II and the loss of self and meaning among the prisoners and Frankl himself. His psychiatric works post-war focused on searching for meaning and the importance this holds in helping people live a life full of purpose. We discuss how this can be applied to our own lives and the meaning that we both have in our lives.
We hope you enjoy, catch you next week.
Thanks, Luke + Luke.
