About this listen
In this episode, Nik and LS get real about free will, not the inspirational poster version, but the kind that exists inside messy human lives, regret, pressure, and a world that often makes choices for us. We unpack what “choice” actually means when you’re born into systems, families, relationships, and economies that limit your options, and explore the difference between true free will and the kind that’s been edited, coerced, or outright taken away by other people’s control or abuse. We talk about how to take honest responsibility for the choices that are yours, without drowning in shame over the ones you made while you were just trying to survive, and how to make the best of decisions you’re not proud of. We also look at what it means to reclaim whatever power you do have, to start making more conscious, aligned choices, even when your options feel limited, and to ask the deeper question: "how much of my life is actually me choosing, and how much was chosen for me before I even knew what choice?"
