Sharon Gusman

Empowering Women in Midlife

Sharon is a menopause peer support mentor, energy healer, and former NHS Health Improvement Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the wellness sector. Passionate about empowering midlife women, Sharon helps them reconnect with their bodies, embrace menopause as a time of renewal, and unlock their inner magic.

Drawing from her expertise in mindfulness, angelic reiki, theta healing, and hormone wellness, Sharon offers unique services, including drumming healing sessions, workshops on ancient goddess archetypes, and cold water therapy. She’s also creating a self-paced course, Pleasure Within, to help women rediscover joy and vitality during midlife.

Currently, Sharon is writing her first book, The Mystical Magical Menopause, which combines holistic practices, personal stories, and ancient wisdom to inspire women to live cyclically, create intentionally, and show up authentically.

When she’s not mentoring or creating, Sharon can be found embracing her own cyclical rhythm and guiding women to step into their power unapologetically.
