Ten-year-old Lisa lives with her parents in a busy city. She has an orderly life: she goes to school and likes to read pirate stories. She would like to do adventurous things, but her parents have no time for that. One day, there is a carnival in the city. Amid the hustle and bustle, Lisa meets the dog Goldie, who leads her to a house boat, which looks like a pirate ship. Will her longing for adventure finally come true?
