About this listen

Mike Beesley is one of the UK’s best-known names in recruitment. With more than 40 years’ experience building successful businesses in the industry, his over-riding passion is creating opportunity through organisations that truly make a difference.

2020 has been the year of change for Mike, having stepped down from a position as Chair of the Prince’s Trust South West Development Committee, a role for which he was awarded the Mayor’s Medal and helped raise more than £1million for the organisation in the South West. As well as stepping down from his CEO position at Sanderson, the business he co-founded with business partner Keith Dawe in the late 70s.

Mike talks honesty about the lessons he has learned over the years and gives some invaluable advice to that next generation of market makers and entrepreneurs.

His new business venture, TIMESTWO Investments is an exciting proposition and will no doubt support that next wave of start-up businesses, as we look to rebuild our economy.
