 Welcome back RightHab Nation to another installment of the RightHab podcast! If you are new to our channel, then welcome! We seek to help clarify and demystify healthcare and fitness myths. In this episode we visit our old friend Arthur. Arthritis. Everyone's "friend" that no one invited. Time was that we blamed "wear and tear" for osteoarthritis (OA). However, the research has shown it to be much more complicated than that. Today we discuss some of the literature regarding arthritis, as well as give some thought to how to treat these issues. Here at RightHab we want to help people avoid unnecessary surgeries and medications and learn how to take their power back. We want patients and practitioners to better understand what treatments are available and how to get better.
