We know that he is well into AI when he’s studying this in depth. One of the original characters in the Pyllon community becoming a coach not long after joining. He’s ran for Great Britain several times for the 24 hour european and world championships,, he’s won the West Highland Way race, rocky racoon 100 and holds FKT’s on the Fife coastal path and John Muir Way. He occasionally dabbles in running related podcast presenting himself along with Paul Giblin for the Pyllon Ultra podcast.
