About this listen

On this week’s episode of Love Needs No Words we are joined by the lovely Ruby.

Ruby has the account @ewanandme on instagram where she shares her brother Ewan’s story.

Ewan is 23, diagnosed Autistic, has a severe learning disability and is non speaking and Ruby describes on her instagram about him reaching crisis point various times over the last few years, even loosing his sight in one of his eyes through a self injury.

Its been a journey of difficulty, emotion, hardship but one filled with so much care and love.

Ruby talks about her feelings from a sibling's perspective and that she has never been expected to take care of him the way she does, it just comes from a natural place of love and choice.

And that she wants Ewan and everyone like him to be celebrated!
