Dnešnou témou budú hlavne aristokratické Vianoce v období neskorého baroka, ale povieme si aj to, čo sa dostalo na stoly nižším spoločenským vrstvám. Cukor, spomínané koreniny, citrusy, biela múka či hydina – to všetko boli suroviny bohatých.
