Last time on Rooms and Reptiles: Well we did it, we defeated the evil that Ayastal had recruited us to help with. The Usurper was sacrificed for the final blow and we were evacuated, eventually making it back to the airship that we are now in control of. After regrouping, we learned that Sully never made it out, instead we now have this lizardfolk person that some of us still don't trust. We now have a stranger stuck with us and the airship is broken down. We have to fix it before it completely sinks, but there is good news for a rogue like Rakuu: We gained access to Ayastal's hoard!! Last time on Rooms and Reptiles, we entered into the lair of this primal horror itself, these mountainous cosmic abominations were waiting for us, and we did battle on their terms, three on one and we still proved victorious... Until their keeper revealed themselves. They seemed to have a connection with Rakuu in some way. Sort of like Sully's with Sora... But Sully MAY have lost his composure when a face from his past revealed itself... It was Elanor, someone gone from his life 40 years ago. He grabbed his tuner, opened the door, and let his fury play for him. What it did he was not sure but it seemed to hurt and then we battled. It looked like Ayastal had a plan we only needed to survive but Sully had a feeling about what was coming. Last time, we all linked up for battle in the giant golem, this was Rok-Rok's heaven. The giant tooth squid screamed, we responded by punching it in the face many, many times. The battle was fierce and bloody and fantastic. The beast fell after Rok-Rok tore the thing to shreds in a primal rage. Next we jumped down a long hole, it was too long but we ended up fighting another one. A battle in the air happened as we landed and the beast fell on our drill. In a cave, surrounded by many, with a voice in the back of his head that called to Rok-Rok to rip it out, we charged head-first into the awaiting battle. After being on the airship for a while and winning gold from the crew members while playing dice, we finally landed at our destination. The surrounding area was covered in this thick fog, which was kind of strange. The whole place was covered with disgusting shamblers! Us kobolds were able to take them out with no problem, but the crew members that were with us went down way too easily. We finally met up with Ayastal and made our way through a cave. We came to a secret room where she put together all the puzzle pieces that we all had encountered. They all pieced together and formed an arcane sphere: The Heart of the Usurper. Last time on Rooms and Reptiles, our beloved 'captain' went and got herself BANISHED when she charged into a beholder's lair, she must be more reckless than Rok-Rok and Sully didn't think that was possible. Regardless it removed her and we had to deal with the following on our own. Sully's starting to get the hang of this...enchanter thing as he had to use it to redirect a number of death beams. Last time, the party had some Rok-Rok-type training, with Rok-Rok realizing that fire sucks. The airship finally landed. With Ayastal leading the party through another cave, we came to a huge door. Rok-Rok & Sully vanished and came back then the group entered the door, only to be greeted with a waiting area. Last time on the adventures of the Hardy Crim Boys, we finally started moving the kobold horde with us. We were waylaid by enemies and had to defend ourselves by banishing the golem to a pocket dimension while we dealt with the revenant buddies. Clearly someone set them on us as golems do nothing without orders. We then made it to the town of Daggerford where we taught our kobold horde the proper manners to use in an inn and healed a book keeper's husband. Afterwards we traveled to a tourist trap, a spa where we were left naked without equipment or spells. Only to find our mysterious benefactor to be none other than an old nemesis...
