About this listen

"Every champion was once a contender who refused to give up." In this special roundup episode, we lace up the gloves one last time for The Final Bell—an all-out celebration of the Rocky Cinematic Universe. From the gritty streets of Philadelphia to the bright lights of modern-day L.A., this is our definitive awards ceremony honouring the legends, rivals, mentors, and moments that made the saga iconic.

Who stood tallest in the ring as the ultimate Protagonist? Which rival packed the hardest emotional punch as Best Antagonist? From unforgettable montages to heart-pounding soundtracks, powerful scripts to visionary direction, we crown the very best of the franchise—from Rocky (1976) to Creed III (2023).

Join us as we reflect on the legacy of a series that taught generations about heart, hustle, and resilience. Whether you're team Balboa or team Creed, this is the final round—and the gloves are off.
