About this listen

Episode 18 welcomes Rhian Pearson; CrossFitter, entrepreneur and mum to 3. A truly inspirational woman who successfully juggles so many time consuming interests and jobs!

Rhi is a mum of three: Jessica 13, Harriet 11 and Finn 4 and works full time as Head of European Sales / Meteorology at Atmospheric G2. She also owns two businesses: HaloFitness a fitness clothing brand and Fit Kidz Training selling fitness toys for kids!

She started CrossFit 6 months after having Jess 13 years ago and trained throughout her pregnancies with both Harriet and Finn. She did her PT and Pregnancy and postpartum athlete qualification when on maternity leave with Finn so she could help understand her safe return to fitness and help advise others.

Meisha and Rhi discuss her training journey throughout her pregnancies and how it lead her to educate herself to support her passion and advise others along the way.
