Unravelling Murphy's Creek is a real-time examination of the evidence & ensuing investigation of the double murders of Lorraine Wilson & Wendy Evans at Murphy's Creek, Queensland in 1974.

6 October 2024 marked 50 years unsolved for Wendy Evans & Lorraine Wilson.
I spoke with Michael Nolan from Toowoomba's local paper, The Chronicle, in the lead up to the milestone anniversary. This Bonus Episode contains audio from a video I uploaded to the Lorraine & Wendy Facebook page, discussing the contents and correcting some of the details.

6 October 2024 marks half a century since Lorraine Wilson & Wendy Evans were murdered at the foothills of the Toowoomba range in 1974. We have one last chance at some form of justice for the girls before this case is lost to time. There are important questions that deserve to be answered, for the girls' sake if no-one else's. Why does this case sit cold and unsolved? How did assumed perpetrator evidence go "missing" from police custody? Why did police destroy 99% of the remaining physical evidence in an open case for which they have an active $250K reward? And why weren't glaring leads followed up on?

Who benefited from this case going absolutely nowhere?

We tried to do this "the right way", behind the scenes. Many incredible people have helped us on the journey so far. People I hope you'll get to meet, because they deserve recognition of their willingness to try and right wrongs that happened decades ago, at the hands of others. The public narrative in the case will have inevitably hindered justice for Lorraine & Wendy. Because it isn't accurate. We aren't asking you blindly believe us, just to listen....and we'll show you.

Going public isn't a strategy. It's our only option left.
