About this listen

In this episode of The Resilience Mentality, Emily Morrison and Susan McDonald discuss resiliency within a family unit. Parenting can be hard, and it doesn’t come with a manual, but that doesn’t mean you have to do it alone. Triple P is a great resource for parents to learn skills that allow parenting to be enjoyable again.
