• On being addicted to your business & rediscovering joy in 2026
    Dec 10 2025

    Peace. Presence. Acceptance. Rest.

THESE are the things that I'll be prioritizing going forward. And it's so incredibly freeing.

As this year comes to a close, I’m reflecting on a truth I didn’t fully see until now: everything I’ve been building — every iteration of my business, every unraveling moment, every shift in perspective — has really just been a stepping stone to the next chapter. And that next chapter starts in 2026.

This episode is a raw, honest look at what’s been happening beneath the surface for years… and what finally crystallized after a two-day Thanksgiving road trip with my dad.

✨ The Road Trip That Cracked Me Open
A simple getaway revealed how tightly wound I’d become — juggling motherhood, business ownership, and the invisible emotional labor of managing every detail of life.
Stepping away showed me how deep my perfectionism and need for control had burrowed in. The release was immediate… and then it deepened.

✨ The Shift In What Actually Matters
In the weeks since, I’ve felt a peace that I can’t logically explain. My financial situation hasn’t changed, yet my relationship to money has.
My goals? Totally different than they were even a year ago.
My desires? Shockingly small, simple, grounded — in the best possible way.
I no longer want the “online business dream.” I no longer want to be everywhere and everything. I want presence, peace, acceptance, rest.

✨ The Business Clarity I’ve Been Waiting For
After years of will-she/won’t-she about the direction of my work, I know this now:
I’m meant to go fully IRL.
I’m meant to build relationships and reputation in the real world.
I’m meant to mentor, teach, create, and support people offline.
And I’m grateful — deeply — for the contract that’s carrying me into 2026 with stability and purpose.

✨ Letting Go… All the Way Down
I’m practicing the art of lowering expectations. For everything.
Business. Motherhood. Brand-building. Family photos. My timeline. My output.
Letting go hasn’t made my life smaller — it’s created the space for the real fuel:

    Peace. Presence. Acceptance. Rest.
    Unsexy? Maybe. But freeing? Absolutely.

    ✨ The Joy I Didn't Know I Was Missing
I’ve been filling my cup again — with music, art, holidays, football games, ballet, connection, and play.
I picked up a flute for the first time in decades and my fingers remembered.
I’m considering piano lessons, theater, season tickets…
Things that give something back immediately, without turning it into a job or a side hustle.
This is abundance in its purest form.

✨ A Warning About the Online Business Hamster Wheel
I share a vulnerable reflection about a woman I admire — someone caught in the same addictive business cycle I once lived inside.
The adrenaline. The obsession. The inability to stop.
I believe 2026 is going to shine a light on the unhealthy norms we’ve been living under — especially the grind culture promised to millennials that never actually materialized.

    ✨ What’s Coming in 2026
More awakenings. More clarity. More collective shifting.
Things may get harder in the world — but our perception, wisdom, and resilience are growing.
I feel more optimistic than I’ve felt in years, and I can’t explain it except to say: something deeper is happening.

✨ My New Work: Get TF Offline
I’m creating a guide to help people take their businesses offline — and into real community, real relationships, and real sustainability.
It’ll be cost efficient, practical, and rooted in everything I’ve lived, learned, unlearned, and reprogrammed.

  • On saying goodbye to online business + my final plea to business owners
    Nov 19 2025

In this episode, I’m finally naming a shift that has been simmering for a long time: I’m done clinging to previous versions of myself, my business, and especially the online business space that shaped so much of my early entrepreneurship.

A new era. A new way of being in my work and in my life.

I share the two big pivots guiding my business in 2026:

    (1) moving fully into an IRL, community-rooted model across Western New York and surrounding regions, and
    (2) letting go, once and for all, of the narratives, delusions, and false promises that dominate the online business world.

I also talk about reclaiming the “woo” I’ve believed in long before it was commodified on Instagram — the real magic found in presence, intuition, energy, and everyday moments. And I explain why stepping away from the online space is helping me recover my clarity, creativity, and courage.

You’ll hear how I’m rebuilding my business using real relationships, real conversations, and real-world data — not trends, templates, or algorithms. And I offer ideas for listeners who feel stuck, burnt out, or confused about how to plan for 2026 in a world where online growth is no longer the golden ticket.

This is a grounded, honest, and hopeful conversation about stripping everything down to what’s true, what’s needed, and what’s right in front of you.

  • On realizing my business is part time and letting go of what was
    Nov 12 2025

It's hit me twice now in the last two years: I pour full time effort into running a part-time business. This was never my intention (and it wasn't always this way!)

I used to have better boundaries and better outcomes.

Last year, when my youngest daughter was in half-day UPK, I still found myself grinding into the surrounding hours and corners of the day, hustling to make my business work. And it did! For a little while. (Ask me how I felt during that time.)

This year, I've run around in circles trying to figure out how to get a sustainable full time income while the Universe was handing out *other plans.*

All of it has led me to the moment: where I sat with the new reality of what I do and do not have the capacity for, what permission I can give myself in this moment, and what's next for this 5 year old business.

If you KNOW that things are different in your business, if things haven't felt quite right or inspiring for a long time, or if you're pouring energy, effort, and resources into something that isn't giving back in some way- you'll relate to this episode.

  • On my year-end strategy for intentional business growth
    Oct 29 2025

This quickie episode is not nearly as stuffy as that title would make you believe!

This year has been filled with pivots, pressure, and the feeling that everything must be solved immediately. Coming off a corporate misstep and a lot of internal wheel-spinning, I realized that urgency has been running the show. Constant planning for a “better next month” was only creating more anxiety.

The mindset shift arrived once I acknowledged what is actually needed right now. This season is not about rushing into new offers or forcing clarity. It is about strengthening the foundation already beneath me, returning to my creative voice, and slowly realigning my long-term vision with intention.

In this episode, I share the three-part approach guiding me through the final stretch of the year:

Stabilize what is working in my business today
Recenter in the creative identity that feels true
Reconnect and Realign toward a more strategic and sustainable 2026

This conversation is vulnerable, practical, and grounded in reality. It is for anyone who feels burnt out by their own expectations and needs permission to stop pushing so hard.

Take a few minutes to sit with these questions:

    1. Stabilize: What is already working that deserves more of your care and focus right now?

    2. Recenter: Where does your authentic voice feel quiet, and how can you give it more room to speak?

    3. Reconnect and Realign: What pressure can you release for the rest of the year to create space for a stronger future?

Write it down. Choose one action you can take this week that supports these answers. Small steps count.

  • On the death of the online-only business
    Oct 22 2025

Just over a year ago, I released an episode called “On the Death of Social Media as We Know It.” Turns out, I was onto something.

Social media has never felt less human—or less effective—for business owners trying to build genuine connections. Algorithms are working against us, bots are louder than people, and everyone’s exhausted by the constant cycle of outrage.

    So what’s next?

In this episode, we’re talking about why the future of your business lies beyond the feed—and how to start showing up offline in a way that still supports your online brand. I’ll share what I learned from a recent in-person event that reminded me of one simple truth:

The real world is still where trust is built.

    We’ll cover:

    • Why social media engagement doesn’t equal connection

    • How to shift from chasing views to building visibility that actually matters

    • What it looks like to “go full Buffalo” (and why I am)

If you’ve ever wondered whether there’s life after social media—this one’s for you.

  • On the myth of purpose, doing things differently, and the rage problem
    Oct 15 2025

In this episode of Reprogramming, we explore:

    -All my fun hobbies!

-How we've been all been sold the lie that EVERYTHING must be rooted in purpose, and therefore, meaning is derived from accomplishment (aka Lindsay wants to play the flute again for fun.)

-Waking up to the idea that we are being controlled by participating in the narratives of rage online (including the discourse around Taylor Swift's new album, The Life of a Showgirl.)

-How the only way to change this cyclical hell is to move through it, DIFFERENTLY.

-What Lindsay's working on next to address this: a new multimedia platform that will introduce new ways of thinking about things, having uncomfortable but needed discussions, and focusing on the balance between the swirling emotions of this timeline and finding daily peace and enjoyment.

  • On releasing extremes and finding The Middle Ground
    Sep 24 2025

Are we stuck between two extremes—panic and disassociation? In this episode of Reprogramming, we explore how fear-driven reactions and “business as usual” detachment both limit our collective power. From fear mongers who fuel doubt, to friends and coworkers who choose not to know what’s happening, these patterns shape how we live and work in ways we rarely name out loud.

But neither extreme will get us through this moment in time. So what’s next? Join me as I unpack what a new way forward could look like—in daily life, in our workplaces, and in our communities.

  • On how relationships will save the world + your career
    Sep 17 2025

The secret sauce of 2025- when it comes to getting a new job, landing a new client, or hell- just saving the world?

    RELATIONSHIPS.

This isn't fluffy advice. This is literally the difference between getting a phone call for an interview and an AI bot throwing your well-rounded resume into an automated virtual garbage. It's the difference between a cold pitch and a highly recommended referral. And it's the difference between having a laugh with a mid-tier friend and becoming completely isolated, alone, and depressed.

    Relationships are a big deal.

In this episode, I talk about how I watched myself slide into that worst case scenario, and how building and nurturing relationships (personal and professional) have made ALL the difference in my business and life.

Side note- in this time of deep divide and rage fueled by misinformation and isolation, RELATIONSHIPS of ALL KINDS are the thing that will help us keep our humanity, and be able to move forward into some kind of safe and happy future, together.

JOIN ME for a low cost workshop called The Get a Job/Get a Client Workshop 2025, where we'll learn how to optimize our digital presence, energy, and effort to move the needle into our next chapter. It's Monday, SEPT 30th at 12PM EST.
