Permet de prendre conscience de la préhension en ramenant les mains vers le thorax
Enchaînement à répéter 3 fois :
- Lever les bras à l'horizontale en inspirant par le nez
- Bloquer la respiration
- Amener doucement les mains ouvertes vers le thorax en contractant légèrement les avant-bras
- Relâcher les bras le long du corps, les mains ouvertes en soufflant par la bouche
Répéter l'enchaînement en fermant les poings lorsque les mains reviennent vers le thorax
