📝 August Reflection
Leaning into the new season, forced me to reflect on my past year. There is so much that life teaches you, and you have to choose to be present to take it all in. To my surprise, there was more than I anticipated, which made me reflect on the fact that I want to try to be better and stay present in the moment, even if it's uncomfortable.
I was fortunate enough to reconnect and rekindle my friendships, with two of my friends, from my life in The Netherlands, without knowing the impact that would have on my journey of becoming a more self aware individual.
Life is about the journey, not about the end result.
