✨ Systems Leadership

✨ Conscious uncoupling and partnerships
✨ Healing after rupture — in love, family, or self

✨ Plant medicine and trauma-informed integration
✨ Feminine entrepreneurship and rewriting success on your terms

No performance. No perfection. Just the real, unapologetic journey of becoming the person you were meant to be.

  • I'm back and I published a book!
    May 5 2025

Welcome to the revamped podcast that was for two episodes (including this one) called Love and Your Truth until I discovered a reputable podcast with a very similar name. And before that - it was the "Microdose Your Marriage" podcast, until I realized that was too limiting. So, here's to hoping that this final renaming is the last. But F-it maybe I will just keep changing the name just to f with the algorithm.

So, in this episode marks an exciting evolution focused on feminist identity, spiritual autonomy, and the radical act of telling the truth. To celebrate this shift, I read the opening of my new book, 'How to Survive a Cultpacalypse: A Psychonaut's Guide to The Spiritual Galaxy.' Join me for an engaging satirical forward and a deep dive into spiritual grift, patriarchal systems, and more. Stay tuned for insightful discussions and interviews dedicated to unlearning societal expectations and embracing your true self.

  • E8: Special Guest Laura Dawn – Human and Earth Flourishing through Creativity, Resilience, and Adaptability
    Jan 25 2025

In this episode of the newly rebranded 'Love and Your Truth' podcast, the host welcomes Laura Dawn a mentor, friend, and expert in the intersection of psychedelics and creative problem-solving. Laura Dawn, who holds a master’s degree in creativity and change leadership, discusses her work in guiding leaders and teams in using sacred plant medicines to enhance creativity and cultivate heart-centered leadership.

The conversation begins with an exploration of the reasons behind the podcast's name change, shifting from 'Microdose Your Marriage' to a broader focus that includes all aspects of personal truth and alignment.

Laura Dawn then helps us understand the importance of connecting with one's inner truth, belonging to this earth, and the role psychedelics can play in this journey. The discussion also touches on Laura D.’s impactful training program, 'Transilience,' which aims to support human flourishing through creativity, resilience, and adaptability. Both Laura and the host advocate for a shift towards a more relational and purposeful engagement with psychedelics, stressing the importance of aligning personal and collective efforts to create better solutions for humanity and the planet.

  • E7: Special Guest Andrea Shuman on The Art of Microdosing: Insights, Safety, and Holistic Practices
    Nov 22 2024

In this episode of The MicroDose Marriage podcast, host Dr. Sabrina Hadeed interviews Andrea Shuman, a clinical Ayervedic Specialist, Master Herbalist, product creator, and founder of Mycrodrops.

Shuman shares her journey into microdosing, particularly her experience overcoming weaning depression through the use of psychedelic mushrooms. They discuss the concept of pattern seering, which involves understanding and addressing the underlying patterns behind health issues rather than just treating symptoms. The conversation delves into the safety aspects of sourcing microdosing products, the variability in mushroom potency, and the risks of unregulated products. Shuman emphasizes the importance of using vetted sources and integrating microdosing into a broader health and wellness routine. The episode closes with Shuman encouraging listeners to join the microdosing community through her platform, Microverse.

You can find Andrea and her products at https://www.mycrodrops.com/
