Omicron caught up with me just as the new year rang in but thankfully I've recovered well. On the anniversary of the first Gay Pride March ever held (1970) I present to you this episode on how to be a good ally to those who belong to the LGBTQ+ community. My wonderful friend Om who not only belongs to the community but serves as a vocal advocate too dropped into the podcast to eloquently share some pearls of wisdom and deconstruct allyship with me.
