Rasheeda Nalumoso is the Regional Programme Manager Creative Economy with the British Council Arts team based in Kampala. She draws from 15 years of experience as creative producer across the UK and Africa, and her involvement in festivals, residencies, artist led collaborations and new ways to build thriving creative and cultural economies.
