Session 2 of the Banyan Tree Network Conference was dedicated to celebrating 30 years of the Infinity Foundation and honoring the pioneering work of Rajiv Malhotra, its founder, leading Indian-American thought leader, and Chairman Emeritus of the Banyan Tree Network.
At this Banyan Tree Network event, Rajiv Malhotra offered a first look at his upcoming book on the 108 Frameworks and spoke about the Rajiv Malhotra School of Thought, a project shaped over more than two decades. His remarks marked a key moment in unveiling the next phase of his long-form intellectual work.
The session opened with ty a warm welcome from Shri Hari Kiran Vadlamani, Head of the Banyan Tree Network and Founder of INDICA and NICE. Rajiv Malhotra then delivered a reflective address on his transformative journey, vision, and decades of service. The program continued with powerful and inspiring messages from Padma Vibhushan Dr. Sonal Mansingh, cultural icon and former Member of Parliament; Shri C. S. Mukunda Rao, Joint General Secretary of the RSS; and Prof. Shrinivasa Varakhedi, Vice Chancellor of the Central Sanskrit University. The session culminated in a deeply heartfelt tribute led by Shri Hari Kiran Vadlamani, who honored Rajiv Malhotra as the “hero of the evening” for his trailblazing scholarship, his leadership in the Indian-American community, and for initiating the Banyan Tree Network, a unifying platform bringing together Hindu and Indian cultural organizations worldwide.
