Maritza Guridy is, above everything a wife and mother of 5 (3 biological and 2 adopted children). She holds a degree in Business Administration and has one of the most unique backgrounds, having served as a Community Advocacy Manager, Bilingual Resource Parent Coordinator, PA Delegate/Council Member, and Deputy Director of Parent Power and Outreach, amongst other things. In short, one of the most community-involved persons I’ve ever met.

She is dedicated to advocating for the education of children and their parents, always speaking for those who can’t speak for themselves. And when I learned about what she does and her story I just knew she had to be a guest on Building A Leadership Mindset.
