After a long silence, I’m back behind the mic. Since 2023, life has undone me in every possible way — I was fired, finally graduated, and then thrown into a whirlwind of transformation that I didn’t ask for. My baby went through two heart procedures. I recently had a miscarriage. And I’ve been honest enough with myself to admit I’ve been coping with too much wine just to get through the nights. This episode isn’t polished. It isn’t triumphant. It’s me speaking from the ashes — the middle of grief, loss, and survival — and choosing to remember who I am through it all.
