Javier Olivera Ravasi, es su fundador y director, se graduó como abogado en la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). En el año 2002 ingresó al seminario, se doctoró en Filosofía por la Pontificia Universidad Lateranense de Roma (2007), un año después recibió la ordenación sacerdotal.
