About this listen

 Nacido en la sierra de Guadalupe, el río Ibor recorre unos 6o kilómetros hasta alcanzar al río Tajo, al cual entrega sus aguas. Además de generar paisajes de singular belleza, este río ha resultado ser desde antiguo un recurso para los bohonalos; ya sea por lo fértil de sus orillas, la fuerza con que sus aguas movían las ruedas de los molinos en él situados, muchos ya desaparecidos, o el abundante número de peces que allí habitan. Tanto otorga este río al pueblo de Bohonal, que incluso de él toma su apellido.
