About this listen
Let’s talk puberty — without the awkward! In this episode, we sit down with Lani and Annia, two bubbly grade 6 students from our school, to chat about all the weird, wonderful, and totally normal parts of growing up.
From periods and bras to big emotions and body changes, nothing is off-limits. We laugh, share stories, and give real advice for anyone feeling a bit unsure about puberty.
We hope you’ll walk away feeling less embarrassed, more confident, and maybe even ready to help a friend through it too. Because guess what? Everyone goes through it —and you’re not alone!
This podcast was led by and aims to highlight Frankston children’s voices. It was developed in partnership with Kananook Primary School and Communities for Children Frankston, a program of Anglicare Victoria funded by the Commonwealth Department of Social Services.
