Nina Izel is a beautiful soul and incredible healer. Her approach is holistic, natural and integrative. She assists her clients in balancing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual through many different modalities. Nina has a background in transpersonal psychology, rebirthing, breath work, yoga therapy and much more! Her main focus at this time is in psychedelic Assisted Therapy, which is what we highlight in this interview. We will cover the basics of Ayahuasca, a plant medicine that has been used by indigenous cultures for centuries that has slowly made its way to the west.
