It doesn't matter who makes them either! God can place vision in anyone, whether they believe in Him or not (see: Nebuchadnezzar, Pharaoh, etc...) Paul used to work as a professional film critic, and for years he would find God speaking timely messages in modern films. Now he's here to share those insights with the world through YouTube.
