 En el 1967 fa en el Teatre Romea la que serà la primera tanda de recitals d'un cantant en català. També actua a Cuba, Suïssa i altres països. Arran d'un concert en el Palau de la Música Catalana de Barcelona celebrat el 28 de gener, apareix l'àlbum en viu Raimon al Palau, amb dotze cançons, cap d'elles inèdita discogràficament. El més remarcable de l'àlbum és l'intensíssim ambient que respira l'enregistrament: Raimon és més que un cantant, és el portaveu d'unes inquietuds socials i polítiques
