Metacognición
Hay un sistema que supervisa otro proceso del mismo sistema.
Es jerárquico. Nivel 1: pensamiento. Nivel 2: pensamiento sobre el pensamiento.
Pero la estructura permanece. Siempre hay monitoreo. Siempre hay agencia funcional.
Buda (en su núcleo temprano):
La observación no es jerárquica. Es ver directamente que lo observado no es estable.
No es tanto un supervisor. Es una comprensión experiencial de impermanencia y no-apropiación.
Krishnamurti:
Cuestiona la jerarquía misma. Si el observador es lo observado,
no hay dos niveles. No hay alguien arriba del proceso. Solo hay proceso.
Y cuando eso se ve, dice, hay silencio.
