• Time Management Quadrants: I broke down the Seven Habits’ “Put First Things First” quadrant system: Quadrant 1 (urgent/important emergencies), Quadrant 2 (important/not urgent goals like fitness), Quadrant 3 (urgent/not important distractions), and Quadrant 4 (not urgent/not important time-wasters). ProActivators live in Quadrant 2!
• Transformation Power: I loved seeing the light click for them—lives changing before my eyes. At a conference, another person transformed instantly, applying my advice. This stuff works, and I’m hooked on helping more.
